Our program and faculty are focused on preparing MSN students for certification exams and real-world practice. While each faculty member’s focus is different, the School of Nursing prides itself on expertise in women’s health, chronic diseases, vulnerable and underserved populations, and family principles theory.

Can I apply if I don’t live in the United States?
The online Master of Science in Nursing program is available to international students who have earned bachelor’s degrees abroad but are current residents of Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, or California and have passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Can I take specialty courses before the core courses?
Because the core courses are the foundation for future learning, the program requires you to complete core courses before any specialty courses.
How many courses will I take each semester? How long is each semester?
You can take up to two courses during each 14-week semester.
What kind of technical knowledge do I need?
Since the program is online, it is critical that you are comfortable working with various software applications and the Internet.
